Our Fixed Price “No Hidden Extras” Pledge to YOU

At Investigator (UK) Ltd it is our aim wherever possible and practical to agree with you upfront a total "no hidden extras" fee for carrying out your assignment. This approach enables you to stay in control of your costs and helps avoid unexpected expenses not foreseen at the time of your instruction.

If however it is not practical or possible (due to the nature of your case) to produce a guaranteed final price in advance, we will then agree an estimated charge for the assignment with you which we will not exceed unless we obtain your express permission in advance.

All payments are settled by an initial 50% deposit in advance, followed by further payments as the case requires it or upon agreed completion.

All operations are carried out "plus operational expenses". These will normally be limited to the following.

• Public and private transport
• Operational expenses (during undercover work)
• Any entry fees to public or private functions necessary (during surveillance)

The above expenses form part of general expenses that could occur whilst following a subject or maintaining surveillance on an individual. The client will first agree any other expenses in advance.
